MY STORY
Pilates found me at a time when my dance career had ended, and I was navigating various changes in my body, an ankle injury, and feelings of anxiety. It became one of the healthiest ways for me to reconnect with my body in a loving and nurturing way.
What started as personal healing grew into a passion for helping others move better, feel stronger, and regain overall confidence. Now, as a fully certified Pilates instructor with 10 years of experience and a Registered Canine Massage Therapist, I guide both humans and dogs through every stage of healing. I’ve integrated Qi Gong into my practice, deepening my awareness of movement and energy to help support my clients beyond just the physical body.
